Avocado toast
Ingredients
2 slices of gluten free toast
2 radishes
1 avocado
Handful of sprouts
1/2 cup of mixed greens
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp of onion powder
Cayenne, salt and pepper to taste
Smash avocado with fork, then mix lime juice, onion powder, cayenne and salt.
Thinly slide radishes
Toast the bread and spread a generous amount of the avocado mixture evenly throughout
Top with mixed greens, sprouts and radishes
Sprinkle salt and pepper over top and enjoy!
