Avocado toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of gluten free toast

  • 2 radishes

  • 1 avocado

  • Handful of sprouts

  • 1/2 cup of mixed greens

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder

  • Cayenne, salt and pepper to taste


  • Smash avocado with fork, then mix lime juice, onion powder, cayenne and salt.

  • Thinly slide radishes

  • Toast the bread and spread a generous amount of the avocado mixture evenly throughout

  • Top with mixed greens, sprouts and radishes

  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over top and enjoy!
